1.0 Apologies for absence. Mr C Bond.
2.0 Minutes of the planning meeting held 25 April 2007. Proposed by Mr Harland, seconded by Mrs Pound and agreed that they should be signed as a true record.

4.1 SI/07/01771/LBC. SI/07/01770/FUL Mill Hamlet Cottage, Mill Lane, Sidlesham.
Alterations and extension including change of use of former store to residential use and new garden store/studio. The Council voted 4 to 3, (with a casting vote) not to object. To be recorded that the Parish Council had reservations that this application, plus the permitted swimming pool, could be over development of the site.

Sidlesham Tyre Clinic. Following the Environment Agency concerns about Brimfast Barn risk of water run-off from a fire, it was raised for discussion that old tyres were again stored in large numbers at the Tyre Clinic inside the burned out shell of the warehouse. The Council considered that there was probably a risk in addition to the hazard of the site and the appearance. The Clerk was requested to contact again the District Council.
