1.0 Apologies for absence. Received from Mr Harland. Mrs D Pound, Mr D Pound, Mr C Bond.
2.0 Minutes of the planning meeting held 8 August 2007. Subject to correction of Apologies for absence (Mrs Pound and Mr Pound), Mrs Kennedy proposed, Mrs Tull seconded and all agreed that the minutes should be signed as a true record.

Decision Object as intrusive into street scene, too close to houses and glasshouses, in hamlet not open country, proposed by T-Mobile as only location without evidence of other sites cover and unsuitability eg recreation ground, no attempt at grouping masts.

8.1 Ragwort infested field just north of the Paddock fuel station on the opposite side of the road the Clerk was unable to obtain information on ownership before the weed had set seed.
