MINUTES. Planning Committee Meeting. 15 July 2009

1 Apologies for absence. Mrs D Pound, Mr C Bond and CClr Mrs M Whitehead.
2. Minutes of the planning meeting held 1 July 2009. Mrs Smart proposed, Mr Harland
seconded and all agreed that the minutes should be signed as a true record.

To alter an existing boiler room into an art room, to fit an automatic air vent on north facing wall and replace the existing wooden door with glass door and single window.
