MINUTES of Planning Committee Meeting. 7 July 2010

1. Apologies for absence. Mrs D Pound.
2. Minutes of the planning meeting held 16 June 2010 to be signed as a true record. Mr Harland proposed and Mrs Smart seconded that the minutes be signed as a correct record. All Councillors agreed.

5. New Applications.
5.1 SI/10/02673/DOM. Keynor Cottage, Keynor Lane. Single storey rear extension. Parish Council conclusion no objection
5.2 SI/10/02869/DOM. 35B Chalk Lane. Single storey extension. Parish Council conclusion no objection.

6.1 SI/10/01768/FUL. Longacre, Highleigh Road. Replacement dwelling (Single). PERMIT
6.2 SI/10/02132/DOM. The Cottage, Mill Lane. Demolition and removal of existing conservatory and construction of two storey side extension. PERMIT
6.3 SI/10/00852/FUL. School House, Keynor Lane. Provision of 5 affordable (non-market) residential units on the Sidlesham School campus with 2 of these units provided by the adaptation of the existing school house. PERMIT

8.1 Enforcement Notice: 63 Street End Lane, without planning permission erection of timber building. Effect from 2 August 2010, remove within three months.
8.2 Enforcement Notice: 5 Cow Lane, without planning permission change of use to mixed agriculture and stationing of mobile home for human habitation. Effect from 3 August 2010 discontinue use for human habitation and remove mobile home, comply within six months.
8.3 Enforcement Notice: Fairways (Brimfast Piggeries) without planning permission change of use to use for stationing of two mobile homes for human habitation. Effect from 10 August 2010 discontinue use for human habitation and remove mobile homes, comply within six months.
8.4 Letter received from Peter Filtness confirming planning permission not necessary for playground.
