5.1    19/01103/LBC Highleigh Farmhouse, Highleigh Road Sidlesham, PO20 7NR
Installation of replacement windows to match existing.
No objection.  Decision agreed unanimously.
6.    New Planning Application for Discussion
6.1    SI/19/01193/FUL - Units 1 To 7 Purchase Farm Easton Lane Sidlesham
Vehicular access; use of land for boat and car storage and car parking; retention of 10 no. ancillary portacabins and 5 no. storage containers with associated landscaping (retrospective application).
The Parish Council objects to this Application.  Easton Lane is a narrow country lane and not suitable for the volume of traffic generated by this operation.  It has expanded greatly from its original planning consent with the addition of numerous portacabins and parking for customers and staff.  The business does not require a country location and the PC believes that it should seek alternative premises.  Decision: 5 agreed, 1 against.
6.2    SI/19/01162/DOM - Landseer House 13 Cow Lane Sidlesham Chichester
Single storey extension to North-West elevation and First floor extension over existing ground floor rooms to East elevation.
